Ben Simmons is far and wide the front runner for Rookie of the Year honors at season's end. Not only does he have a stat line of 15.8 points, 8 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game on the season, but he's recorded 5 triple doubles in his last 11 games, which averages out to a triple double over that span. The triumphs don't stop there. He's also bagged himself an R&B chick like Mya, well Tinashe to be precise. They don't make 'em like they used to.

What makes his recent string of performances all the more impressive is the absent of sidekick Joel Embiid, who is bedridden dreaming about Rihanna while he nurses his orbital fracture. Ben Simmons might just be the driving force in the Sixers' because he's taken up the facilitator in the absence of Markell Fultz, who was out gallivanting while his index fingers served him wrong. The Sixers are riding an 11-game winning streak which places them in sole possession of the 4th position in the Eastern Conference above the Indiana Pacers.

To top it all off, Ben Simmons has become the second player in NBA History to record 1200 points, 600 rebounds and 600 assists in their freshman year. It'll be exciting to see the Process in full, it could be months it could be years.
