BeatKing has been soundtracking the Houston clubs since 2010, and in 2016, he's only getting better and finding the perfect formula for late-night debauchery. As he explained on the outro of Club God 5, after losing years of work due to a fried hard drive, BeatKing shied away from making beats for a little while, but now that he's recently become inspired to produce once again, his instrumentals are knocking harder than ever.
"Shot O'Clock" is exactly what it sounds like, as the rapper tells tales of binge drinking over a mechanical beat that gradually builds into an enormously chaotic sub-bass buzz in its hook. The Club God lives up to his name once again.
