Bape is teaming up with Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard and Adidas to release a special edition Dame 4 that is rumored to release during the NBA's All-Star Weekend in February. The Bape x Adidas Dame 4 has not yet been unveiled but renderings of the shoe recently hit the 'net giving fans a glimpse of what's in store.
In fact, rumors suggest there will actually be two different versions of the BAPE x Adidas Dame 4, both of which prominently feature Bape's patented camo print.
Both renditions draw on inspiration from Bape's unmistakable shark hoodie, highlighted by white shark teeth about the Bounce cushioning and midsole, as well as eyes stationed on the toe of the shoe. Of course, this is assuming the renderings that have surfaced are accurate and that's no guarantee.
Adidas and Dame have yet to confirm these reports, but it appears the drop is expected for mid-February when the NBA's elite invade Los Angeles for the All-Star festivities.
