While the three members of Detroit collective BandGang have enjoyed a fruitful year, having all dropped off solo efforts, they most recently came together on a project that succeeds at doing what all collective outings should set out to prove in highlighting their individual skill without sacrificing the sake of unity.
Teaming up with Virginia's Trauma Tone, who mans all production on the EP, BandGang's The Appetizer functions as just that as they tease the forthcoming arrvial of their official album The New Chapter.
The finished product is a 5-track compilation that features BandGang Lonnie Bands, BandGang Paid Will and BandGang Masoe all trading verses on each cut, with a foreign appearance coming only once from ShredGang Mone on "M.s," a track whose video can be caught below.
