BADBADNOTGOOD are here to keep the jazz vibe alive with their new track “Speaking Gently.” The group posted the song to their YouTube channel along with a very casual announcement that their next album IV is “coming soon.”
As usual, the instrumentation on the track is unique, combining spacey synths that could come from the 1980s with saxophone and flute. The drumming is on point as usual, and the bass is fat as can be. We’re excited to hear where BADBADNOTGOOD can push their sound, but we’ll have to be patient because no release date has been given for IV.
