BADBADNOTGOOD's "Lavender," a Kaytranada-assisted track from their IV album remains one of the collection's best tracks. However, the haunting funk record just got that much better by way of a Snoop Dogg remix. Teased last October, the rework finally sees the light of day today, with Snoop bringing some effortless West Coast flavor to the fat bassline.
This is far from the first rap legend the Ontario post-jazz quartet has collaborated with. In 2015, they recorded an entire project with Ghostface Killah. They've also been known to collaborate with the new wave of rappers, clocking tracks with Earl Sweatshirt, Mick Jenkins, Little Simz, Danny Brown, and more.
