Bad Boy is experiencing a minor renaissance in 2016. With two reunion shows under their belt and a "Family Reunion" tour set for late summer and early fall, the label has now announced a 5-disc 20th anniversary box set with 80 remastered tracks from Notorious B.I.G., Diddy, Mase, Faith Evans, The L.O.X., and many more.
"Bad Boy helped make hip hop what it is today–and this collection highlights all the music, history and vision that made Bad Boy number 1," Diddy wrote in a press release. "We wanted to thank our fans, celebrate the music, the people, and the Bad Boy lifestyle that have defined the past two decades. We’ve always made music that makes the people dance; this collection does all that and more, and it is a celebration of all things Bad Boy."
The box set comes with a 64-page forward by hip hop journalist Michael A. Gonzales. It's scheduled to arrive on August 12th on iTunes and Amazon. It'll set you back $49.99. See the full tracklist below.
