August Alsina landed himself in the hospital a couple months back, which he attributed to being overworked. The singer luckily made a quick recovery, and hopped on tour with Usher right after the hospital visit.
Alsina touches on the experience in his new interview with XXL, referring to his medical problems as something of a wake up call. While it won't slow his hustle, August stressed that he will have to find a balance that was not present before.
He also speaks of his time spent touring with Usher, and the realization that he's not at a point to get comfortable just yet (via Usher's black card).
