In the summer A$AP Rocky was charged with assault and attempted grand larceny after he attacked photographers that caught him in a heated altercation and began snapping photos. After striking a plea in the criminal case, the Harlem rapper is now facing a lawsuit from a man who claims Rocky was attacking him after he saw the Mob member doing drugs in a clothing store.
TMZ reports that the alleged victim, Shenick Alcine, claims that he witnessed Rocky doing drugs in a nearby clothing store which led to him being attacked. The two photographers were then capturing the fight and the rapper and fellow A$AP Mob member then attacked them.
The assault and robbery charges in the attack against the photographers has been dropped and Rocky was fined and given community service, and the man suing the NY rapper was unclear about which illegal substances he witnessed him doing that night in July.
