This probably isn’t what they need right now, but the A$AP Mob are now facing a lawsuit for an incident that stems back to 2013.

While performing at the Fonda Theater in Hollywood two years ago, the A$AP Mob started crowd surfing (which they usually do), and left one fan in a world of hurt. The fan, Tammy Nguyen, is now suing the mob for injuries sustained from the stage diving.

The woman states that she was in the VIP section of the show when the A$AP mob starting jumping into the crowd. She says when A$AP Ferg jumped in the crowd, he absolutely nailed her. She also adds that she had to try and fight her way through the crowd to get out, while security was no help at all.

She’s suing the group and Ferg, TMZ reports.
