Doja Cat is at the height of her music career right now, earning her first #1 single with "Say So." The rapper has been bubbling for quite some time but, through her Nicki Minaj collaboration, she was finally able to strike the world with a chart-topping track. Her sophomore album Hot Pink has experienced a spike as a direct result of her recent success.
Because of how she's been performing this year, a ton of other artists are lining up and knocking at her door to collaborate. One of those stars in question is Ariana Grande.
Speaking with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio today, the pop star confirmed that she's got some unreleased magic in the stash with Doja and, whenever she releases new music, it'll likely be on the way. We can only imagine it'll be another chart success.
"I love her. I was able to work with her earlier this year on this song that I want to save for whenever it’s time again, to drop," said Grande about her collaboration with Doja Cat. "But I love her so much. I love her personality. I love what she brings to the table musically. She’s just such a breath of fresh air. I think she’s brilliant and so talented."
