In the world of production, AraabMuzik's carved out his own path. His beats are rooted in hip hop but he brings his love for EDM into the equation to create a brand new sound. Most recently, he launched his new website, www.licenselounge.com, which is like a one-stop shop for to grab producers' music as opposed to going through a third party. As much as his music is on point, so is his business. AraabMuzik recently popped by our offices and shared five crucial tips for up and coming producers.

AraabMuzik brought a new sound and feel to hip hop. His blend of EDM with hip hop allowed him to work with some of the most revered artists in the game. During our chat with him, he emphasized the importance of bringing your own sound and feel to the game. He explained having a distinctive sound is what helps you stand out from the crowd.

"With me, it pretty much started with mastering the EDM, electronic music, with the hip hop and that's how Electronic Dream came about. So I was known for like pretty much putting that kind of recipe together and it was kind of something new. It was something new that people weren't really listening and hearing often," he said. "It was like fresh air, you know what I'm saying?"
