Beyond reasonable explanation, Blac Chyna has gone about her daily life, and get this, she has yet to file a police report as of yet. But according to her attorney, the wait is subject to the availability of a special "robbery-homicide unit." Complicating matters is a confluence of law enforcement, her lawyer confirmed. “There are a lot of different agencies that are involved in this and it’s a high-profile matter, too.”
Blac Chyna's other attorney commented on the seriousness of the offence in a statement relayed to Page Six:
“Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse.”
Blac Chyna's ex Mechie will also be pursuing legal action in the immediate future. Attorney's Walter Mosley and Lisa Bloom have their tasks divided by the rules of their contract. Incidentally their hands are tied until the case is cleared for punitive action.
