Marvel Studios is cranking out superhero films at an alarming rate. This year, Marvel fans have already been treated to Black Panther, Avengers Infinity War, and Deadpool 2 (although technically the latter was brought to life by 21st Century Fox). After watching the royal masterpiece of Black Panther and the epic treasure that was Infinity War, Marvel Studios is offering one final MCU film in 2018, Ant-Man and The Wasp.

In the comics, Ant-Man and The Wasp are founding members of The Avengers, but for some reason, they didn't make it into the first three Avengers films. On paper, The Wasp is actually credited with creating the name "Avengers" for the group, while Ant-Man originally created Ultron. Marvel Studios is aiming to make the tiny-sized heroes just as important in their movie universe as they are in the comic book world in their latest film.

A new teaser trailer for Ant-Man and The Wasp was released this weekend, and it features Michael Peña's character Luis playing an unlike sidekick to the tiny superheroes. His comic relief paired alongside Paul Rudd's will undoubtedly make for a hilarious sequel. It will also be interesting to see how much of T.I.'s character from the first film will play a role in Peña's crew. Ant-Man and The Wasp hits theaters July 6.
