With prominent appearances on Dr. Dre's Compton and The Game's The Doc 2.5 under his belt, a new EP released today with Knxledge, and an album dropping in January, Anderson .Paak is poised to blow. He stopped by the Hot 97 offices this morning for an interview on Ebro in the Morning with Ebro, Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez.
.Paak spoke on working with Dre, the chapter of his life in which he played in a cover band, and what fans can expect from his new music.
Dude is the homie, but he is particular about one thing. "Don't forget the dot," he said. "Because they slept on me for so long, and now they gotta pay attention to everything."
