An authorized documentary about the life of Notorious B.I.G. is in production, Variety reports. It has a working title of Notorious B.I.G.: One More Chance, and Biggie's mother, Voletta Wallace, is one of the executive producers.
“It brings so much joy to my heart that my son Christopher’s music has made such an impact on the music community and his stories have positively inspired so many young men and women over the years, and still influencing the youth all over the world today,” she said.
The film will be directed by Emmet and Brendan Malloy and produced by Submarine Entertainment, who recently made a film on the late Sharon Jones, and ByStorm.
