Allan Kindgom has abided by the one project-per-year output strategy. and it is worked in his favor. His most recent tape, Northern Lights, may have been his best to date. Today, he revisits the project with a new video for leadoff track "The Ride."
The Minnesotan summer is a thing to behold, and Kingdom revels in it, with trips to the river, family dinners, checking out the mint condition US Bank Stadium (the Vikings' new home), and taking hot air balloon rides. The song is a love letter to Kingdom's girl; the video is a love letter to the summer months.
