"It all came from the truth."
The film All Eyez On Me arrived on grand terms this weekend, shattering records and expectations.
Despite this, the biopic based on the life of Tupac Shakur has received a range emotions, including a flurry of criticism from lifelong friend of Shakur, Jada Pinkett-Smith.
Now, L.T. Hutton, the film’s producer is speaking out against Jada’s claims of inaccuracies in the portrayal of her relationship with the late rapper.
“I created the Holy Trinity,” he said in a video recording. “It’s who Tupac was, who he wanted to be and who he had to be to survive the world that he was introduced into.”
“People that eat dinner with her all the time have seen the movie and they loved it and they told her about it,” he further pointed out. “They told me that they explained to her and everything was great.”
