The lucky guy? A gangly looking 33-year-old Armenian by the name of Alexis Ohanian. She made the announcement on Reddit, as her husband-to-be happens to be the co-founder of the Internet giant. So yeah, he's rich, but it turns out that his net worth is a mere three percent of Serena's, so it's not about the money. She must really value the brains on this techie...
As for Ohanian, he's obviously elated in wifing up the world's greatest female athlete, one who's got plenty of charm and grace to boot. Not to mention a physique of mind-boggling proportions. Ohanian's pinned tweet shows a screenshot of the introduction on his Wikipedia page, and the final sentences read, "Ohanion is engaged to the tennis great Serena Williams. In other words, Ohanian is now the luckiest nerd of us all."
The Wikipedia mods have since edited out the part of him being the "luckiest nerd," though that doesn't mean it's not the truth.
