Fashion designer Alexander Wang is well aware of this, which is why he tapped the singer for his SS17 digital ad campaign. That’s right, R. Kelly is now an official member of the #WANGSQUAD.
The Grammy-winning crooner is paired with model Anna Ewers for the ads. The two are pictured in a lounge-type situation, with the girl in a plush bathrobe and R. Kelly wearing a lightly-dotted suit. Kelly smokes a cigar in the vaguely suggestive ad. I’m sure you all have some jokes to make about R. Kelly being in the #WANGSQUAD, so let’s have ‘em.
