Toronto's hip hop scene took a tragic loss at the beginning of July when Smoke Dawg was shot dead. The Halal Gang member was gaining a lot of traction over the years in not only his city, but across the globe as well. He previously worked with Skepta on the song "Overseas" and developed a tight relationship with several rappers from the U.K. Today, Smoke Dawg's first posthumous record arrives and it features production from Murda Beatz and a verse from AJ Tracey.

The late Smoke Dawg teams up with Murda Beatz and AJ Tracey for the banger, "No Discussion." The song is the first track released following Smoke Dawg's death. The video for the song was filmed in Toronto with several shots done in the neighborhood Smokey grew up in, Regent Park. All the proceeds from the song will go directly to Smoke Dawg's family.

Smoke Dawg's EP Struggle Before Glory has been completed and is set to release in the coming months.

Quotable Lyrics
Talked to the plug yesterday
Said that he shippin' the crate
Carbon fiber on the K
To stay away from these fakes
