One of Tinker Hatfield's original Air Jordan 6 sketches serves as inspiration for a brand new colorway of the iconic sneaker set to arrive at retailers next week.
The special edition kicks feature a white leather upper accompanied by grey nubuck overlays. Additional details include hits of navy and infrared on the tongue, midsole and heel tab, with the familiar icy blue outsole beneath it all. A release date has been pegged for October 6, when the shoes will be available in sizes for the whole fam.
Previous Tinker-inspired Air Jordans, like the "Tinker" Air Jordan 3 NRG and the Jordan Black Cat, were modified versions of timeless classics. However, the "Tinker" Air Jordan 6s are simply one of Tinker's original AJ6 colorways that never made it to retail.
