Adidas has teamed up with BAPE on a snowboarding capsule collection applying BAPE's iconic design language to a range of Adidas Snowboarding silhouettes.
The Adidas Snowboarding x BAPE Fall/Winter 2018 sees the popular BAPE “LINE 1ST CAMO”, an outline variation of the original ABC camo, applied to a range of adidas Snowboarding apparel and footwear silhouettes, elevated with premium materials and Aurora reflective print details.
The collaboration’s apparel includes the BAPE Tech Hoodie, BAPE Slopetrotter Pant and BAPE Snow Jacket, all of which will release alongside a special edition sneaker. Based on a key adidas Skateboarding model, the 3ST.002 ($150) features nubuck upper with a sockfit slip-on construction, accented by LINE 1ST CAMO in a thermos-reactive allover print. Additional reflective branding details on the lateral quarter complete the look, pushing the minimalist aesthetic of the original 3ST.002 silhouette into a whole new space.
The Adidas Snowboarding x BAPE collection releases worldwide on November 3rd, available at select retailers and adidas.com/snowboarding.
