Adidas has officially unveiled the UltraBoost X, the new version of its popular UltraBoost running shoe exclusively for women.
Available in both Adidas Women’s and Adidas by Stella McCartney styles, the UltraBoost X is a new interpretation of its ground-breaking predecessor and the brand’s pinnacle performance shoe, tailored to adapt to the unique shape of the female foot.
Per Adidas:
“Based on research of the female foot, we tailored the leading technology of UltraBOOST specifically for women, delivering the most innovative and technical running shoe in an industry-leading silhouette,” said Andre Maestrini, general manager for adidas Running. “We’re excited to offer a unique experience to female runners around the globe, providing the tools for them to uplift their run.”
Constructed with a free-floating arch and slimmer heel counter, the UltraBoost X delivers more stability than ever before, enabling extra support and freedom of movement during a run.
The Adidas UltraBoost X will be available in three colors including orange glow, grey and black for $180 starting Wednesday, February 8th at adidas.com and Adidas stores, as well as at the end of the month at retailers nationwide.
