Adele is a popular sample choice these days.

With her new album slated for release later this month, Adele's name is on the tip of everybody's tongue. 25, the third and final album of the singer-songwriter's 'age' series, will be released on November 20th via XL Recordings (and Columbia in the United States). The record will follow up 2011's 21

Adele's records sell big time, so much so that the likes of Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding and One Direction have allegedly moved their release dates to avoid confliction with the highly anticipated record. In addition to selling big, the records also provide a goldmine of poppy samples for hip hop producers to mess around with. Such was the case for her last couple records, of which we're going to revisit today.

From Childish Gambino to French Montana, rappers dig going in on some Adele samples. Here are some of our favorites from the past.

Childish Gambino

Do Ya Like by Childish Gambino (samples Adele's "Melt My Heart to Stone")

Sometimes samples are hidden in the back of a track, and other times they're right up front and center. This one by Childish Gambino would fall under the latter category.

Taking bits of "Melt My Heart to Stone," Childish's self-produced track is soulful and melodic, much like the original from Adele. Culdesac was a crossover effort, and this one was a beautifully executed track that puts elements of pop, hip hop, and soul on display.

Big K.R.I.T.

"Hometown Hero" by Big K.R.I.T. (samples Adele's "Hometown Glory")

As another artist who famously produces the majority of his own work, K.R.I.T. utilized elements of Adele's "Hometown Glory" for a thinly veiled take on the song. Off his 2010 mixtape K.R.I.T. Wuz Here, this track is nicely nestled in between many of the tracks that brought Krizzle to the limelight.

It's worth noting that this song is also sampled by Big Sean on "Home Town" and Lil B on "Realist Alive." It would seem that many of artists were inspired by Adele's artistry on "Hometown Glory."

"Reminded" by Tyga (samples Adele's "Someone Like You")

Although the song is billed as 'featuring Adele,' that's a bit of a stretch. Instead, her vocals from "Someone Like You" were sped up a little bit for the chorus, which is laid over some beautiful guitar work concluding in a very soulful work from Tyga.

Lil Wayne

"Sorry 4 the Wait" by Lil Wayne (samples Adele's "Rolling in the Deep")

Did somebody just scream, "TUNECHI!"? Maybe it's just in our heads, but that's the effect of Lil Wayne rhyming over an Adele beat.

French Montana

"100" by French Montana (samples Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain")

While the Tyga track on this list sped up Adele's vocals for their chorus, this beat went full-blown Chipmunk with their sample. The Coke Boys posse cut makes Adele sound pretty gangster actually...

Logic

"Do Ya Like" by Logic (samples Adele's "Melt My Heart to Stone")

In a world of electronically-enhanced music, Adele's soulful croon provides the kind of sound that traditionally lacks in modern music. Like Etta James and Aretha Franklin before her, the tracks Adele creates are perfect for sampling on quality hip hop. Logic's "Do Ya Like" is a living, breathing example of that.

Machine Gun Kelly

"Chasing Pavements" by Machine Gun Kelly (samples Adele's "Chasing Pavements")

If you've ever wanted to see Machine Gun Kelly passionately sing Adele on an airplane, you're damn lucky you visited HotNewHipHop today. The low-budget visual accompanies a high quality track off MGK's 2011 effort Rage Pack.

CyHi The Prynce

"Start a War" by Cyhi Da Prince (samples Adele's "Turning Tables")

Ivy League is the name of the tape this one appeared on. Adele's "Turning Tables" provided some perfect piano for producer Arkatech Beatz to loop, creating a quality beat for Cyhi to bless.

"Hello (Remix)" by Rick Ross (samples Adele's "Hello")

Adele's newest track isn't safe from a good hip hop remake either. Ricky Rozay took "Hello" for a spin just recently, and it isn't half bad at all. The emotional track is pretty far away from Ross' usual brags about riches and women, but we don't mind hearing another side of the Boss, especially when it's alongside Adele's signature voice.

"Dearly Beloved" by Consequence (sampled Adele's "Rumour Has It")

For a little while, Adele's "Rumour Has It" was an inescapable smash single. On Consequence's Movies on Demand 4, a sample from the track was flipped, and it created a beautiful 90s-revival instrumental for the MC to bless.
