Underground rapper Action Bronson, from New York, is being hit with a lawsuit over European tour dates that fell through.

AllHipHop reports that Action Bronson is being sued for $70,000 by Clockwork Music, who filed the lawsuit May 14th in the Supreme Court of New York.

The lawsuit claims that AB entered into an agreement with Clockwork Music to do a seventeen-date tour in Europe.According to the suit, he was paid in full for the seven dates he performed. However, he supposedly didn't go to the remaining ten dates, for which he received a deposit.

Clockwork claims the rapper kept $10,000 of deposit money, and hasn't returned any. Clockwork also claims Action Bronson damaged their reputation with European promoters.
