In preparation to release their "final video," A Tribe Called Quest have shared a trailer of what we can expect come premiere time. The group has been teasing a major announcement for the last week, coming through on their promise with the news that their final video will be in collaboration with Billionaire Boys Club. "The Space Program" is scheduled to drop exclusively on Apple Music but no release date has been specified as of yet. The track is from their 2016 effort We Got It From Here... Thank You 4 Your Service and Q-Tip and company have announced that a short film will soon accompany the song.
Apple Music has shared the preview on their official Twitter account as well, noting that it is coming soon. The visuals appear to be quite innovative, with flashy editing techniques being employed to back up the modern vibe of the clip. If this is indeed ATCQ's final video, it will likely be extravagant, celebrating all they have accomplished over the years. Directed by Warren Fu, the short film is certainly something to watch out for.
