It's been nearly two years since 6lack released his debut album. Since then, he's released a deluxe version of the project but fans are eager to receive another body of work from the artist. He's popped up once or twice on guest features but he's remained relatively low key for the most part. Thankfully, it looks like we'll be getting new music from him sometime soon.

It looks like 6lack is getting ready to release a new project sometime soon. The "Prblms" singer revealed that he's done his next album or atleast, he thinks so. He shared a note on Twitter that read, "I think my album is done." He's been working relentlessly on the project for the past few months.

At the beginning of November, 6lack announced that he would be postponing his tour in order to focus on being a father. However, he also explained that his choice to delay the tour was also so he could focus on finishing his follow up to Free 6lack.

"I never want to disappoint you guys in the long run, so I've made the decision to that right now the music needs to be finsihed and I want to actually feel what it's like to be a dad." He wrote on a long note on Twitter, "I think that's what this next album is for: being more reflective of my current life."

Clearly, the time away from the road was necessary not only for his music but for his family. We're looking forward to hearing what he has up his sleeve with this one.
