Although he recently cracked the top 5 on the Hot 100 with "FEFE," Tekashi 6ix9ine still has some legal issues to deal with. A few weeks back, the rainbow haired rapper was arrested once he landed in New York on an warrant that was issued in Texas. While he's currently on bail and performing shows, the rapper is reportedly on his "best behavior" while he's out and about.
Tekashi 6ix9ine seems to be chillin' out a little bit more these days after his arrest in July. According to PageSix sources, the rapper landed at JFK airport at 7:30 in the morning from a red-eye flight from L.A.
“He was … well-behaved,” a witness said of 6ix9ine. “Definitely no commotion between the plane and his car.”
Unsurprisingly, the rapper was accompanied by four security guards. The rapper bulked up his security team after his kidnapping a week and a half a go.
“His bodyguards did not allow young fans to take pictures, but he did stop to smile for selfies with a couple airport employees,” their source said.
We're glad he's moving a bit better these days. The rapper was hit with a series of unfortunate events since he landed in America following his European tour. Hopefully, he continues to stay out of trouble and focuses on more music and his forthcoming tour with Nicki Minaj.
