50 Cent's latest drop was surrounded by major buzz. People were anticipating the release with fervor and the discussion kept going once "Get The Strap" finally dropped. Apparently, despite the tracks obvious hype and mainstream appeal, it failed to earn its spot on television. The music video, which features collaborators Tekashi 6ix9ine, Uncle Murda, and Casanova 2x, was left out of the broadcasting loop.

Fifty addressed the situation today, in celebration of 12 million streams on the music video. According to the rap vet, major television networks missed out on the success of "Get The Strap." For example, BET had asked for multiple modifications to be made before they would air the clip. The entrepreneur makes it clear that he only moves according to his own standards.

"Ha ha ha this one is too cool for tv, BET wanted too many changes so I thought about it and said I’m cool we don’t need it.LOL🤨get the strap #lecheminduroi"

The entertainer doesn't need the extra promotion from networks like BET anyway. He has enough clout to make things happen on his own. "Get The Strap" was even debuted during an episode of his hit television show, Power. This is how a boss plays cards.
