Back in March, we learned that 50 Cent was being taken to court by Lastonia Leviston (who has a child with Rick Ross) for allegedly leaking out her sex tape. Now, Fif's claiming that Rozay himself was behind the leak, and to deflect the blame, is suing the MMG bawse.
TMZ obtained the lawsuit, and in it, 50 claims that Ross (or someone connected to him) was the first to leak the tape, and that he merely posted a link to it. He cites an interview that Ross did with a radio station the day before the video leaked, in which Rozay says something about leaking the tape.
50 demands that if Leviston wins her lawsuit, Ross should pay the bulk of the money owed.
