50 Cent backs up his "son" 6ix9ine in the feud with Ebro.
During his regular morning duties at Hot 97, Ebro discussed Tekashi 6ix9ine's legal case and revealed that he received information from the NYPD. The radio personality stated that the New York Police Department said that they believed 6ix9ine would be either in dead or in jail by the time 2018 concludes. However, 50 Cent seems to question why Ebro was talking to cops in the first place.
50 Cent came to 6ix9ine's defense against Ebro earlier today on Instagram. Fif, who has his own issues with the Hot97 host, suggested that Ebro could be working with the police.
"@oldmanebro you working with police," he wrote. "why the police sending you intel."
Tekashi 6ix9ine was arrested on Sunday night on firearms and gun charges. The rapper is facing a life sentence in the case and is currently in the general population section of Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. The judge denied the rapper bail, saying that he's too dangerous to be let out on house arrest.
6ix9ine's arrest seems to have played a role in the postponement his album DUMMY BOY which was set to drop this Friday. His team shared a statement saying that the project has been put on hold "until further notice."
Fif later chimed in on the project's delay by sharing the cover art on Instagram with the caption, "Dummy Boy album is not coming out, Nov23 anymore Boy oh Boy."
