50 Cent's all about his bread but unfortunately, one of his investments came short in its return. According to TMZ, 50 Cent recently sold his Connecticut mansion which he's been trying to get off for years. The rapper initially copped the 50,000 square foot mansion for $18.5M in 2007 but it's selling price was marked down by 84%. The rapper finally managed to offload it for $3M and it looks like he's not even interested in the little bit of money that came back in his pockets.

All the money 50 Cent made off won't be going into his personal bank account. Instead, he plans on donating the proceeds from the sale of his 21-bedroom mansion to charity. A source close to Fif said every penny from the mansion will be going towards the G-Unity fund, a project that he launched which grants funding to non-profit organizations that are focused on helping kids in low-income and underserved communities across America.

The Connecticut mansion is huge. Not only is it equipped with 21 bedrooms, but there are also 25 bathrooms inside of the pad as well. However, Fif equipped the spot with a bunch of luxurious perks including nine kitchens, an outdoor infinity pool as well as a grotto, another pool that's located inside of the house, a helicopter pad, casino, nightclub, basketball courts, and a pond.

Needless to say, whoever dropped $3M on the crib got a sweet deal.
