While most rappers prefer taking their beef to the street to solve, 40 Glocc is taking his to court.

The rapper was involved in a fight with Game, which Game had recorded on his camera phone and put out on the world wide web for all to see. While both rappers had their own versions of what happened, now 40 Glocc has filed a lawsuit against Game for the events that occurred at the Hollywood mansion party this past July.

According to the documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Glocc says that when he was leaving the mansion party he was jumped by Game and his 15-man entourage for no reason whatsoever.

Glocc says that the video Game posted on YouTube, titled "The Game Beats Up 40 Glocc Whilst Recording on iPhone Full Video," doesn't tell the full story of what went down. 40 Glocc says Game chased him down with a gun saying "freeze or I'ma shoot nigga."

When Game caught up with 40 Glocc he reportedly held a gun to his chest telling him not to fight back or he would "end it right now." Game and his crew then proceeded to beat up Glocc, causing severe damage to his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back. 40 also recounts wounds to his his face, head, legs, arms and hands.

40 Glocc is suing Game for unspecified damages, as he also tarnished Glocc's thug reputation by making him seem like a coward with his YouTube video.
