Like a particularly resilient spider, this Kendall & Kylie t-shirt saga simply will not die. After being clowned without mercy over their questionable t-shirt design, the sisters have found themselves hit with yet another lawsuit. This time, it's from the original photographer of the 2Pac pictures.

Photographer Michael Miller, who has also worked with rap legend Eazy-E, claims the Jenners used his photographs without his consent. TMZ reveals that Miller never wanted anything to do with the Jenners, in light of some less-than-favorable PR. This lawsuit follows one from classic rock band The Doors, and the Wallace estate has also threatened legal action.

So, in the words of DJ Khaled - "another one."
