Last month, 2 Chainz and Versace's "Chain Reaction" sneaker collection launched in several different colorways with prices ranging from $995-$1,350. As it turns out, Tity Boi has more in store with Versace including a high-top version of that Chain Reaction sneaker.
Versace designer Salehe Bembury took to instagram during the Met Gala earlier this week to debut the snowboard boot-looking version of the Chain Reaction.
Many of the details of the Chain Reaction High mirror those seen on the low-top version, including the unique chain-link sole, the TPU lace cage, the Greca midsole detail, and the puffy neoprene tooling on the extended ankle collar. Additionally, the 2 Chainz x Versace Chain Reaction High appears to feature the same wax-dipped rope laces, and braille details on the toe which reads “Love."
According to Salehe Bembury's IG post, the kicks are expected to release as part of Versace's Fall/Winter '18 campaign.
