Earlier today a report leaked that Universal had confirmed the features and first two singles release dates for 2 Chainz upcoming album Based on a T.R.U. Story.
2 Chainz sat down with Vibe to set the record straight about the info released, "[Y]a, I never put that out, I dunno what that’s about…even the features they said on there is not correct".
He did confirm that his next single is coming out July 24th, as reported, "My next single’s coming out July 24th", but did not confirm who would be featured on the single. When asked about the Kanye feature he added, "I do have a record with Kanye, that’s not a secret".
The hype continues to mount for 2 Chainz solo effort, and regardless of who is featured there is bound to be some big names.
