The video quickly garnered acclaim, racking up twenty million views and plenty of praise over the bond between mother and son. Each mother held it down. Perhaps charisma is indeed hereditary.
Evidently, 2 Chainz' mother has been enjoying her moment in the spotlight. Her son took to his Instagram page to throw up a screen-cap of a back and forth, which found Ms. Chainz loving her newfound fame. "19 million views," she writes, with a grasp on punctuation unseen in the younger generation. "I'm famous!" 2 Chainz agrees with pride, capping off the adorable exchange with a simple "yes momma you are very famous haha." Perhaps we might expect her to make a foray into the rap game; after all, once one gets a taste, can one ever truly turn back?
