2 Chainz has been featured on some absolute bangers lately, thanks in part to his association with GOOD Music and other well-known rappers, so there is a lot of buzz surrounding his solo effort Based on a T.R.U. Story.
Urban Bridge released these details [note: although confirmed by Universal, the info is not final and confirmed by Def Jam]. The release date is August 14th via Universal/Def Jam and will feature 13 tracks, with 17 tracks being on the deluxe. Features will include Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Drake, Ludacris, and Kanye West. The previously released singles "Riot" and "No Lie" will be on the album.
The next two singles will be "Birthday Song" featuring Kanye West, set to be released July 23rd, and "Love Dem Strippers" with Nicki Minaj is set for a release some time next month. Videos for both will be released in August.
