A lot of rappers are vocal about their struggle and hard times, but what happens once they make it big? Mainstream rappers make a lot of mula, that's a fact.  It says a lot when they go out of their way to help members of the community who are not as fortunate. Whether it is financial contributions, supporting their fans, or saving lives, we prove that underneath their chains, Versace and expensive kicks, many have a heart of gold.

Featuring Kanye West, Drake and Meek Mill to name a few, peep our list of Heroic Acts By Rappers.
