After delivering a tutorial on Kodak Black back in October, we've returned to highlight the youngster's music. The "SKRT" artist seems to make controversial headlines each month, whether it be for getting arrested or beefin' with Soulja Boy, but today we're going to put all of that aside and focus on the very thing that got him here.

The late 2014 release of his mixtape Heart of the Project earned him love beyond his South Florida home, where he was already garnering a solid buzz. Tracks like "No Flockin," "Hungry" and "Skrilla" are over a million views on YouTube, and it would appear that the young gun is just getting his career started if he can keep out of trouble. His tracks have earned the attention of Drake and Earl Sweatshirt, and now yours. Here are Kodak Black's ten most essential cuts.

Antisocial

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

Kodak dropped a new one just the other day called "Antisocial." Does the loose track mean we're going to get a full-length release soon?

Bando

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

Jumpin' on a Migos track is a pretty solid move if you're Kodak Black. Only about half of you liked it when we originally posted it in November, but maybe it's sunk in a little better since?

Rich The Kid - Plug featuring Kodak Black & Playboi Carti

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

Rich The Kid taps our subject for a feature on a smoked-out trap beat. If you're scared of heights, go ahead and skip this one, 'cause you're about to get high.

"Hate On Me" featuring Humble Haitian

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

Somewhere in between Chief Keef and old school T.I. is the sound created on "Hate On Me." It's simple, but there's something infectious about it.

"Paper Chasin Haitian"

He be tryna slow down but he can't! He's too fast!

Molly

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

What's a young, modern-day rap star without a love song about everybody's favorite stimulant? If the 'Mary Jane' thing was played out, then the Molly thing has to be right behind it, though, right? Kodak, we know damn well that chick in your music video isn't Molly. Way to keep it safe for work though.

SKRT

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

This is one of the biggest tracks from our subject. At over a million plays on YouTube, the chilled-out trap beat receives a catchy performance from Kodak Black. This one has caught the attention of nearly everyone due to its catchy repetition of "skrt skrt skrt skrt."

No Flockin

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

There's something captivating about a young dude like Kodak Black or Bobby Shmurda. The adolescent ignorance manifests polarizing music that people tend to love or hate.Hungry

Hungry

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

Guns, cars, lean, molly, gold teeth...these are the things on display with the audio/visual 1-2 punch that Kodak deliveries with "Hungry." We hope those kids have licenses for those guns. It's a shame when rappers snitch on themselves.

Project Baby

10 Essential Kodak Black Tracks

If you want a glimpse into the South Florida project life, "Project Baby" can be your kaleidoscope.
