Yung Berg is back in trouble with the law again. According to TMZ, the “hitmaka” is a wanted man in Miami after missing another court date following his latest weed bust.

Berg was in Miami for the BET Awards in October when cops were called to the hotel where he was staying at after a woman claimed the producer wrapped his arms around her. Apparently, there was some sort of altercation in the hallway where one of Berg's friends allegedly put hands on the female, which resulted in the cops being called.

When cops arrived to Berg’s hotel room, they found two blunts on him which probably would not have been a big deal. But here's the kicker, when the cops ran his history record they found Berg had blown off a court date for another weed bust nearly 9 years ago, so they arrested him on the spot and took him to jail.

After his release, Berg was scheduled to appear back in court on January 11th, but that didn’t happen. So now he’s a wanted man in Miami.

The timing of this legal issue comes at a pretty bad time for Berg as he’s looking to have a pretty big year in 2018. The Chicago producer appears to be executive producing or heavily involved in the upcoming collab project from Ty Dolls $ign and Jeremih called Mihty. “🍹MihTy🍹@Jeremih @tydollasign ALBUM IS DONE!!!!!!!!! 21 Songs of Greatnesss!!!!!!” he tweeted out last week. Check that out right here.

We’ll keep you posted on Berg’s legal woes moving forward.
