Atlanta rapper Yung Bans has come through with the concluding chapter of his eponymous trilogy, Yung Bans Vol 3. Unfortunately, die-hard fans will notice that this tape doesn't actually contain any brand new material, but rather officially released versions of some of his previous SoundCloud loosies. Still, it's an important step in the rapper's career, and getting his music onto monetized streaming services is a good look for the up-and-comer. Over the course of the seven track EP, Bans cruises over airy trap instrumentals, keeping things confidently laid back as he weaves braggadocious narratives.
The vibe is strong with this one, and if you're into that early 21-Savage feel, you should give this one a listen. Standout tracks include the Wifisfuneral assisted "It's Snowin' Part 2" and penultimate cut "Wild Wild West." What do ya'll think of Yung Bans? Is he next up? Sound off below.
