After a couple setbacks & delays, it looks like Young Thug No, My Name Is Jeffery’s upcoming project is finally ready to see the light of day. On Monday night, Thugger took to his Instagram to announce that Jeffery will be dropping this Friday, August 26.
Announced via an album trailer, the clip finds Thugger sitting in an interrogation room with different people asking him his name. While they insisted his name was Young Thug, he kept responding with “No, my name is Jeffery,” before the release date shows up at the very end of the clip.
Originally set to arrive on his birthday August 16, Jeffery will apparently consist of 8 records (see tracklist) and be lead by the previously heard single with Wyclef Jean called "Elton."
