Back in May, Young Buck's probation officer came forward with the claim that he had seen the rapper using "a tube to shoot a 'yellow substance' into his drug testing cup," and now Buck's being charged with a felony for doing so.
TMZ reports that the charge of falsifying a court-ordered drug test could land Buck in prison for up to five years. The offense is heightened by the fact that Buck's still currently on probation, which he's been serving since being released from prison in October 2013.
If you'll remember from when this news first surfaced, Buck blamed his piss test slip-up on Snoop Dogg, saying that he smoked with The Doggfather after passing 21 drug tests in the 13 months leading up to the event. Hopefully the courts will be lenient on his behalf.
