We don't hear much from Mos Def (now known as Yasiin Bey) these days, but it seems that the recent attacks in Paris have inspired him to release some new music. The day after the events that left over 120 innocent people dead in France, Yasiin has shared "No Colonial Fiction".
Along with the song, the rapper has posted a 20 minute interview in which he reacts to the events, as he comments on ISIS (who have now claimed they were behind the attacks, according to reports), and stresses that they do not reflect the values of Islam. He urges anyone with a Twitter or Facebook account to use the platform to make a change in the world.
