Every year we get to see our favorite celebrities/artists take Halloween to a new level, thanks to teams that are dedicated to hair, make-up and clothing, while us regular folk subsist on thrift store finds and DIY make-up. We may not be able to match the quality of their costumes, but we still like to ogle them afterwards.
We took some of the more notable artist costumes from the weekend, including Nicki Minaj as a fairy godmother, aka Nicki Minaj every day of the week (this seems to be unanimous), two different Jokers (Travi$ Scott vs. French Montana-- the people choose Travi$) and more.
