A few weeks ago, Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again" surpassed "Gangnam Style" as the most viewed video in Youtube history. However, Wiz' reign at the top was unfortunately somewhat brief. As of today, his record has been beaten by another song - "Despacito," by Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber

It seems like it was an inevitability that "See You Again" would be surpassed, but "Despacito" didn't take long to grab the throne. As of now, the Latin anthem is sitting at approximately 2,994,056,666 views, and Bieber isn't even in the video.  One could only imagine what might have happened if he were.

Either way, Wiz' accomplishment is still worthy of praise, and perhaps there's still time to seize the record back.
