Last year two of the biggest names ever in hip hop combined for not only one of the biggest albums of the year, but the most successful tour. Fans are still supporting Kanye West and Jay-Z's collaborative Watch The Throne album as the uber hit "Niggas In Paris" has gone triple Platinum, and "No Church In The Wild" is now Gold.
The Hit-Boy produced became the anthem of the tour as 'Ye and Jay would perform it as an encore, increasing the number of times as the tour continued. This brought Hit-Boy into the forefront and he is now behind some of the biggest tunes of this past year and has a burgeoning solo career, following the West producer-to-emcee formula.
"No Church In The Wild" introduced the masses to the crooner Frank Ocean, who went onto record a fantastic and successful solo album this year. Although it was the last single dropped, it has still managed over 500k in sales.
