Wale continued his promotional tour in support of his fifth studio album SHiNE with a spot on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. The Washinton, D.C. native was joined by West Coaster G-Eazy for a rendition of the track "Fashion Week" for a performance that also featured a live band. The song whipped the audience into a frenzy, with many in attendance singing along to the lyrics.
This TV showcase comes in the face of a less-than-favorable critical perception to Wale's latest work, which he discussed with DJ Akademiks and Joe Budden in detail. Based on the crowd's reaction here, it seems like SHiNE is alive and well with Wale's fans.
